Ibrahim Ozgenc

Ibrahim is a rising senior at Clark University (Worcester, MA) where he studies Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He is an international student from Northern Cyprus. As well as cancer research and bioinformatics, he is also very interested in Neuroscience. He plans to pursue a PhD degree after his senior year at college.

Ibrahim works at the organoid platform of EIPM with Dr. Laura Martin where he does drug screening on specific types of tumor organoids as well as processing tissue and splitting organoids. His other project is carrying out the computational analysis of RNA-seq and building shiny apps with R programming with Rohan Bareja at the Institute of Computational Biomedicine.
