Junho John Song is majoring in Biology and specializing in Neuroscience at the University of Chicago. After gaining research experience at the Cantley Lab, Junho plans to apply to an M.D./Ph.D. program to study Neuro-oncology. Junho currently works with Tomer Yaron and Jared Johnson in Lewis Cantley’s lab studying the kinases interaction with antigen source proteins presented by MHC I. He hopes to contribute to neo-antigen discovery through the understanding of the molecular biology underneath it.
