Sarah Ackermann is a Research Specialist at the Englander Institute for Precision Medicine who just completed her Master’s in Biology thesis work at New York University.
She has a background in cancer genetics and mouse modeling. Her current research project focuses on performing functional genomic screens in patient-derived tumor organoids to identify therapeutic targets.
