The Englander Institute for Precision Medicine and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine offer a two-year Research Pathology Fellowship in Precision Medicine.  With a major exposure to oncologic pathology and a comprehensive translational research component, this training program will focus on the application of next-generation sequencing platforms to identify and validate novel alterations in an array of tumor types.


Plays a critical role within the Englander Institute of Precision Medicine (EIPM) Laboratory. Responsible for carrying out laboratory activities associated with specimen processing and novel EIPM research assays and processes.

This role will provide programmatic support for high-priority initiatives, as well as day-to-day administrative operations at the Englander Institute.

The EIPM seeks a highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellow or Associate Research Scientist with an expertise in Computational Biology. The candidate will apply state-of-the-art computational methods to analyze large-scale sequencing data, including whole genome sequencing, interpret genetic variants, and identify novel human disease genes.

Under general supervision, manages the development, management, and auditing of clinical research functions and programs. 

Responsible for designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining multi-user web-enabled database-driven applications for in-house clinical, research, educational, and administrative activities.
