| Abstract | Cytotoxic T lymphocytes recognize and kill cancer cells when the latter present antigenic epitopes complexed with MHC class I molecules on their surface. In a recent Science paper, Mangalhara et al. show that alterations of the mitochondrial electron flow upregulate multiple factors involved in antigen presentation via a succinate-dependent epigenetic mechanism. |
