Thanks to everyone who joined us on July 9th for "The New York CyTOF Symposium" we hosted with our friends from Standard BioTools! It was very engaging to join with fellow experts and researchers in the CyTOF and Imaging Mass Cytometry communities to discover how high-parameter CyTOF and IMC are transforming clinical research and improving human health.Congratulations to our inaugural Bridge2AI Voice Summer School class! Students spent the summer with WCM faculty, including co-program leader and Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology Dr. Anaïs Rameau, and staff, conducting independent research projects and presented to their cohort, participating Bridge2AI sites, friends, families, and PIs.

Dr. Peter Martin discusses with Medical Stories/PBS the journey of one of his patient’s with mantle cell lymphoma, and the clinical trial that gave him a chance at a cancer-free future.Dr. Pinkal Desai spoke with the Oncology Learning Network on July 28th and shared expert insight into understanding risk stratification and the range of treatment options available for patients with low- and intermediate-risk myelodysplastic syndrome.

Dr. Sternberg's abstract, "Evaluation of event-free survival as a surrogate endpoint for overall survival in muscle-invasive bladder cancer following neoadjuvant therapy," was just accepted for poster presentation at ESMO 2024, to be held in Barcelona, 13-17 September 2024.

"A mitochondrial checkpoint to NF-κB signaling," was published in Cell Death & Disease on July 3rd by Dr. Lorenzo Galluzzi and colleagues.
"Association of clonal hematopoiesis and mosaic chromosomal alterations with solid malignancy incidence and mortality," was published in Cancer on July 16th by Dr. Pinkal Desai, Zichan Li, and colleagues. "Treatment intensification with novel hormonal therapy in castration-sensitive prostate cancer: Patient identification and clinical rationale," was published in Clinical Genitourinary Cancer by Clinical Director Dr. Cora N. Sternberg and colleagues on July 23rd.

"Epacadostat plus pembrolizumab versus placebo plus pembrolizumab for advanced urothelial carcinoma: results from the randomized phase III ECHO-303/KEYNOTE-698 study," was published by Clinical Director Dr. Cora N. Sternberg as Co-senior author in BMC Cancer on July 25th.
