Congratulations to our EIPM colleague Dr. Dan Landau on being named Inaugural Chair of the Department of Systems and Computational Biomedicine at Weill Cornell on Monday! News of his new appointment was covered by Bioengineer, Crain's New York Business, and GenomeWeb.
A recent Nature Communications paper I wrote with my former doctoral student Wei Du, and colleagues Lamberto De Boni and Benjamin David Hopkins, was featured by the WCM Newsroom on Monday, entitled "Model Helps Scientists Build Better Protein-Degrading Therapies." The Nature Communications paper was also featured in a recent Cornell Chronicle article.

It was an honor to serve as a mentor on this grant, along with the EIPM's Director of Research Pathology Dr. Juan Miguel Mosquera.

"FDA Expands Approval of Pluvicto in Combination with ARPI for PSMA-Positive mAPMN/S Prostate Cancer. Based on results from the phase III PSMAddition trial, the expanded approval may nearly double the number of patients with prostate cancer who can be treated with Pluvicto." A Diagnostic Imaging article from August 1st interviewing Dr. Scott T. Tagawa, lead author of the PSMAddition trial, which was also covered in the WCM Newsroom article, "Radiopharmaceutical May Benefit Patients with Metastatic Prostate Cancer Sooner," on August 6th.

"Reply to: Radiographic Progression With and Without Prostate-Specific Antigen Rise in Patients With Advanced Prostate Cancer Treated With Enzalutamide," was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology on July 31 by our Clinical Director Dr. Cora N. Sternberg and colleagues.
