The ICGC project is pan-cancer with all major cancer types represented as well as less frequent tumour types including paediatric tumours. By combining genomic data with circulating tumour analysis, transcriptomic data and organoid model development we aim to utilize a multi- faceted approach to better understand the molecular roots of cancer.
Englander Institute for Precision Medicine Members participating in this event include Director Olivier Elemento, and Drs. Cora Sternberg, Andrea Sboner, Wei Song, Massimo Cristofanilli, Pashtoon Kasi, Bishoy Faltas, and Juan Miguel Mosquera.
